Shipping Information
At Klooper, our priority is getting your order to you as quickly and efficiently as possible. We understand that waiting for your purchase is exciting, so we strive to process and ship your order without delay.
Processing Time
- Order Fulfillment: Orders are processed within 1-2 business days after they are placed. Once we receive your order, we need an additional 24-48 hours to ensure everything is ready for shipment.
- Please note that during peak shopping seasons, like holidays or sales events, processing times may be slightly longer. We will keep you informed with updates as your order moves through our fulfillment process.
Shipping Destinations
We proudly ship to most countries worldwide! Here’s a breakdown of approximate shipping times, which include the time for processing and transit:
- United States: 5 - 10 days
- Australia: 7 - 14 days
- Canada: 7 - 14 days
- United Kingdom: 7 - 14 days
- Worldwide: 10 - 20 days (varies by location)
Please note that shipping times can fluctuate based on external factors such as customs delays, local holidays, and weather conditions.
Countries We Do Not Ship To
Unfortunately, due to various shipping restrictions, we are unable to ship to the following countries: Palestine, Bangladesh, Nigeria, Ethiopia, Egypt, South Africa, Kenya, Sudan, Syria, Cuba, and several others. If you're unsure whether we ship to your country, feel free to contact us for clarification.
We also cannot ship to military areas.
Shipping Fees
We charge a flat-rate shipping fee of $24.95 on all orders outside the United States, which includes insurance and tracking.
For orders shipped within the United States, shipping is free!
If you need your order by a specific date for a special event or occasion, please reach out to our customer support team prior to placing your order so we can confirm the best shipping option for you.
Shipping Partners
We work with reliable carriers such as UPS, USPS, and FedEx (for international shipments) to ensure timely delivery.
Tracking Your Order
Once your order is shipped, you will receive a tracking number to monitor its progress. If you experience any issues with tracking or if it stops updating, please contact the carrier directly with the tracking number for further assistance.
In case your tracking number shows that your order has been delivered but you cannot find it, we recommend checking with your local post office or carrier center for assistance in locating your package.
Special Note
- Multiple Shipping Addresses: Currently, we are unable to ship to multiple addresses in a single order. If you need items shipped to different locations, please place separate orders.
- Taxes & Fees: The price of the product and shipping fee include taxes, so no hidden charges will be added at checkout.
